Privacy
DOUGHSKY collects no data. There is no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. TrevBeats Multimedia never receives anything you enter.
What stays on your iPhone
Your jobs, deals, time logs, invoices, payments, receipt photos and voice notes are stored only on your device, inside the app. Deleting the app deletes them. You can export a backup file yourself from the Me tab; where that file goes is up to you.
Permissions
- Location — only when you tap Clock In, to stamp where you were on that job's log. It is saved on your device and never sent anywhere.
- Microphone and speech recognition — only when you record a voice note, to keep the audio and turn it into text. Apple's speech recognition may process audio according to Apple's own privacy policy.
- Camera — only when you photograph a receipt.
You can turn any of these off in the iPhone Settings app at any time.
Sharing
Invoices and records leave your device only when you choose to print, email or share them, through the standard iOS share sheet.
Children
DOUGHSKY is a business tool and is not directed at children.
